Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility We accept returns on unopened, brand-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items Tester bottles and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
